My mum and I arrived on Xmas day receiving a warm reception from the Manager. The studio apartment was above my expectations for the affordable room rate. Everything was extremely clean and the room well appointed with good appliances and the huge LCD TV was wonderful. Absolutely nothing to complain about and would recommend this property to my friends

Generally the hotel was good, had an issue with the power that was promptly resolved. Main problem is it\'s a long and steep walk to a supermarket. I booked a self-catering venue so I could do own meals and found this very disappointing. Only thing nearby is a very small convenience store.

We booked into a 2 b/r apartment, however, they had moved us to a 1 b/r and had no 2 b/r available. Also it was way too hot and no way to change the temperature. Alternate room was serviceable with a trundle in the lounge, so OK for a one night stay in our circumstance. Disappointed however, that it was not as requested.

This hotel was ideally situated for our purpose. Close to Roma Street Station and bus stops, pub on corner for meals and food store also handy.

We were looking for somewhere quiet and inexpensive and close to Private hospital. this was walking distance. Excellent pool and spa and can recommend the Thai restaurant just down the road. Also has the Roma Street gardens close by for strolling.

a friendly and convenient stay. Staff very helpful in suggesting ways to get to destinations within Brisbane and generally to make our stay comfortable. Only downside dated and shabby bathroom.

Nice apartment. Friendly welcoming staff at reception. Spacious bed/living/dining room/kitchen with window wall overlooking the city. Furnishings include a comfortable Queen bed plus single, coffee table with chairs, dining table with chairs, double built-in wardrobe wit full length mirror. There is a well equipped kitchen at one end with microwave and smart oven top, all expected mod cons with cutlery, crockery and saucepans. Plenty of teas, coffees etc, and also soaps and shampoos, renewed daily by the housekeeper. Flat screen 2 inch TV and smart CD/iPod player. En suite interior bathroom, with nice tiles, shower, toilet, long vanity unit with mirror and containing small tub, washing machine and dryer. Also the flimsiest toilet paper ever invented! Plenty of good lighting throughout, and air conditioning. The morning shower had plenty of hot water, but too little pressure for my liking. Building a little dated, shown particularly in the corridors, the slightly raised flooring in the dining area, and in the (nice) tiling in the bathroom, but excellent renovation. Handy to the city via free city loop bus. We later discovered this only runs on week days, but it\'s an easy ten minute walk down to the city. Return time a little longer! We also appreciated the proximity to the beautiful Roma Street Park. The apartments have a swimming pool and spa surrounded by a small terrace. A pleasant and comfortable base for a Brisbane visit.

Summit Apartments - although the room was starting to show its age and the shower pressure on the 8th floor wasnt good we found the apartment well appointed and located and enjoyed our stay. The staff were great.

Was fairly impressed with everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpet in hallways were being replaced while we were there - would have been nice to have been told that - constant banging was a little annoying the first couple of days

Loved the apartment, but our only disappointment was that the outdoor spa was not warm. This is a feature which we look for when booking accommodation, so it is important to us. We were told that reception was unaware of it, and as it was a weekend nothing could be done until Monday. We would suggest that checking the temperature should be done each day (around 38 degrees would be ideal).
