Came down to see a concert & catch up with friends. Our room was quite nice, but our friends' not so much. Good value for money, and good location. Walking distance to CBD and the Valley. Don't offer anything in the way of service, but they are upfront about this.

Very central and rooms are a reasonable sze with a kitchenette. If you want some where for a few days that is central and are not looking for full hotel services - then this is the place to stay. management were slow but very nice, pool is lovely. The building is a bit old and furnishings are dated but are very clean and well looked after.

Had a wonderful stay even when hotel was full, we still recieved a warm welcome with quality service. great location quiet but close to all parts of brisbane cbd and the valley. will be returning on our next visit to Brisbane.
