An award-winning five star resort set on 500 acres of beautifully manicured gardens, RACV Royal Pines Resort is located in the heart of the Gold Coast, close to the magnificent beaches of Surfers Paradise and the sub-tropical rainforests of the hinterland.
As one of the largest resorts in Queensland, RACV Royal Pines Resort offers an unparalleled choice of 331 luxury rooms, 4 restaurants, 1 bar, purpose built convention centre, a championship golf course, 7 tennis courts, a world class Day Spa and a fully equipped Health Club.
Every year, the facilities at Royal Pines just get better and better with the redesign of our golf course and most recently, the opening of our new Conference & Events facilities, Day Spa and Health & Fitness Centre. A new lobby shop, redesigned reception desk and expansive walkway linking the lobby to the resort pool have also been completed as part of our commitment to provide members and guests with the best in facilities and services. All of these facilities are complemented by our upgraded Executive Rooms and the magnificent Executive Lounge, with arguably the best views on the Gold Coast.
Hotel was good, it was just a bit difficult getting into the hotel from the car park as they had the undercover carpark closed for a function and this limite access to the main building.

Fabulous stay but very disappointed that eTourism did not mention the NZAA membership card is equivalent to the RACV ... our rooms could and should have been discounted as the question should have been asked.

Overall really good, only negative comment, service in the restaurant could have been better, the waiter clearing our table had a handful of dirty cutlery which he put on the table whilst he stacked the plates. Oh and beds were a bit small, they said they were queen beds, not sure if that meant queen singles, certainly didn\'t feel like queen doubles.

We really enjoyed the three days at the hotel. The room was great with a great unhindered view. The staff were most helpful and always smiling. Our two young boys enjoyed using the park facilities and the pool. The concirge (can\'t remember his name) was most helpful and very knowledgable. We would come back again for sure.

was very enjoyable stay, our first stay as a complete family. My 9yr old son loved the experience of staying in a wonderful resort. My only comment is that the wonderful view from 16th floor was through windows that were not totally clean, although i would imagine window cleaning at that height is difficult. Also shuttle bus to Metricon stadium for families would be a great help.
