Our one bedroom Stadard apartment has 1 queen bed and a rollaway bed and can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.

1 Bedroom Double Apartment
The one bedroom double apartment at President Apartments features a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry (including washer and dryer), combined dining and living room area. All apartments have a North East facing balcony with Surfers Paradise sea views.

2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartment at President Apartments features a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry (including washer and dryer), combined dining and living room area. All rooms have a North East facing balcony with Surfers Paradise sea views. Some two bedroom apartments are air-conditioned rooms however this is subject to availability.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 5 people.

3 Bedroom Penthouse
The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is an older style apartment, perfect for a family on a budget who still want plenty of space and unbeatable ocean views. This 3 bedroom fully self contained apartment features cable TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 living area and a balcony.

4 Bedroom Penthouse
The 4 bedroom beachend 2 storey penthouse is completely provided with luxurious amenities that include air conditioning, bath and ensuite, in-room spa, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views from the private balcony. The 4 bedroom 2 storey penthouse also comes with 2 reserved parking spaces. The penthouse has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

The room was comfortable and great location. the concern was it was a bit tired and the shower did not stay up on the shower holder. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. The service was alright but did not appear that interested.

The room was good and spacious for a large family, but we had the 12th floor with no fly screens on windows, no oven door, toasters didnt work very well, but other than that is was OK

The location was great. Right next to the beach, great views and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.
The only dislike was the cleanliness of the rooms, also some of the lights weren\'t working and the curtains and doors were very fragile and needed maintenance.

The view of the apartment is really nice but the room is without fan so is hot at night time.The furniture in the apartment is a bit old.

the president apartments was in a great location and the layout of the penthouse was ideal for what we needed. The manager was really friendly too. Our only complaint would be the unit was not very clean.

The appartment itself wasnt actually to bad, was a little bit disappointed that there was no air conditioning, maybe in the advertising there should be something to specify that there is no air con, I assumed that due to it being in QLD air con would have been a shoe in. The dryer in the room did not work and when it did work before it cut out it smelt like something was burning, apart from that, the recpetion was fantastic and very satisfying.
