Points North Apartments

In a word excellent ! From the moment I arrived Ruth and her staff in reception I was made felt welcome and throughout my stay they were great. With the comfortable well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic views from Greenmount to Surfers Paradise I could not have asked for a more relaxing setting. I would recommend Points North Apartments to anyone and will be definitely staying again.

We stayed at your apartment for the first time two years ago, and love it. But I\'m afraid this time have been disappointed.The main is one is cleanliness, the main bed stunk of BO.Also when sitting on the large lounge it also stunk of BO. On the corners of the couch, under cushions needs cleaning/dusting, also the sinks and others need a good scrub in general.
I\'m coming back next years, but I will not stay in your appartment.

We have stayed here 3 times. The position is excellent with the beach opposite and shops within meters. The most recent Unit was beautiful and the two previous very nice. I would recommend a stay to all.

Overall for what we paid for it we thought it was fair. We had a lovely view north towards Surfers.Because we had booked a single bed apartment we were not happy to be denied the use of the en-suite even though we could hear the extractor fan going all the time. We had to make do with the toilet and shower in the laundry room which was like showering etc in a Chinese laundry.The lounge suite had white spots over it and the cooling fan was filthy. The pool area was superb as was the location of the building.

Great location in the heart of Coolangatta with a beautiful view to the ocean. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were very efficient and friendly at check in. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone.

not having used a lift or stayed in a high rise we loved it stalf were great bed was good view terrific once in unit never heard a sound except the sea and hope to get back again

Its in a fantastic position, catch the lift down straight to the shops. We loved the pool and spa area, best place we have stayed in Coolangatta

Great place to stay. Hard to beat but a few little touches could make the occupants visit so much better - please see below.

Good position and apartment size. Rooms a bit \'tired\' and in need of some refurbishment particularly in the bathrooms. provision of 1 tea bag in the kitchen seemed lacking.

Great location with awesome view. Very quiet and not crowded.

Asked for a lowcer floor appartment and ended up near the top with a toddler very unnerving. Cleaners need to do better there was half eaten biscuit under the coffee table and lots of dust.

I really like Points North. I\'ve traveled to Australia 3 times and each time I\'ve stayed at Points North. I feel like I get excellent value for the money and the location is perfect. The apartments themselves are clean and well furnished and I feel right at home. Now...just because I think I get great value, please don\'t raise the prices!

Due to fatal road crash on the Gateway Arterial Rd we were delayed 3 hours and didn\'t arrive till 7 pm. We rang to advise and a key was left.
Difficult to find apartment block as we were looking for something branded Mint - it should be made clear at time of booking that location isn\'t under that name. Also tried to find under street number but no such number displayed. Rang to get directions - told street name, but NO STREET SIGN for that name along Marine Parade. Finally stumbled on Points North in unamed side street after cruising Marine Parade for 20 minutes.
PROPERTY SHOULD HAVE LARGER SIGNAGE AND SOMETHING DIRECTING FROM MARINE PARADE AND A STREET NAME ON THE CORNER WITH MARINE PARADE!!!!!!
Location is what made our stay great, but the difficulty in finding the property for first time guests should be looked at - more detailed directions on booking confirmation needed.
These difficulties aside, we would stay at this property again.
