Getting There
Coolangatta airport is approximately 35 minutes by car, and to the City of Brisbane or Brisbane airport 70 minutes.
Oceana on Broadbeach backs onto Old Burleigh Road which runs parallel to Broadbeach and to Surf Parade and the Gold Coast Highway. Oceana is located immediately North of The Broadbeach Surf Life Saving Clubhouse and at the Eastern end of Broadbeach Bowls Club. Cross streets from Surf Parade are Amrick Avenue and Second Avenue.
It is only a few minutes walk to the many restaurants, open air coffee houses offering a variety of cuisine, as well as rows of the best of Gold Coast shopping. Nearby is Gold Coast’s biggest shopping centre, Pacific Fair.
The Gold Coast’s Jupiters Casino and the new Convention Centre are approximately 15 minutes walk, or 3 minutes in the car.
Easy access to all theme parks and the hinterland. Only a few minutes to championship golf courses.
The Broadbeach Life Saving Club is just adjacent to Oceana On Broadbeach and the Kurrawa Surf Club is only 10 minutes walk along the beach path.

The one bedroom apartment at Oceana on Broadbeach offers a master bedroom ensuite and walk in robe. Fully self-contained, this apartment provides ceiling fans, full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and microwave, laundry, washing machine and dryer. All units come with ocean view except for the ground floor units which have their own courtyard. Apartment balconies are large with glass sliding doors and audio-visual security access control is even provided in every apartment. Most apartments also offer air-conditioning.
Bedding configuration is 1 King bed or 1 Queen bed - Maximum occupancy is 3 people.
2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartment provides a King or Queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe.
The second bedroom features the options of either two single beds, limited with a queen and a single, or two double beds. Limited two bedroom apartments are available with an additional family / study area.
The apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, microwave, laundry, washing machine and dryer. All units maintain ocean views except for the ground floor units with an alternative of a courtyard. The apartment also features large balconies, glass sliding doors, ceiling fans and audio-visual security access control.

4 Bedroom Sub Penthouse
The sub Penthouse apartment at Oceana on Broadbeach provides four bedrooms with 3 bathrooms including a spa bath in the main bathroom and a separate powder room. This four bedroom sub Penthouse features a large living area and full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, separate laundry including washing machine and dryer, large balconies and high floor with ocean views.
Bedding configuration is 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Zip King bed and 2 Single beds - Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

The apartment was exceptional. Great size for 4 adults.The location was a little out of the centre of broadbeach but was an easy walk to the shops the beach and the great eating venues. Fantastic views over the beach, but also has an awesome pool and gym.

I had a fantastic 6 days at Oceana in March. Beautifully decorated apartment with amazing views of the beach. Wonderful clean modern kitchen with a great range of cookware and dishes. Enormous bathroom. Very quiet location with just the sound of crashing waves. Sauna, Gym and pool on site. Highly recommend Oceana to anyone looking to relax, unwind and feel at home. Central location to both Surfers and Broadbeach shops but its a bit of a hike on foot. I walked but buses are available if you have no car.

The apartments were fine however we were given a ground level room with no view of the ocean. I don\'t go to the beach to see a garden. There was no other available room with ocean views so I left the property and stayed where I usually stay at Palm Beach. The booking website should have differentiated price by room category ie with or without ocean views. There was no indication or choice available as to whether you stayed if only a garden room was available. Very disappointing. I had actually researched other apartments which were cheaper but only offered garden rooms.
