Markham Court is set in a sub- tropical oasis and just minutes from the beach. Our Broadbeach apartments are truly a home away from home.

The resort offers spacious fully self contained 2 Bedroom apartments and 3 Bedroom split level Penthouses with spa and wrap around balconies that overlook lush tropical greenery and manicured gardens.

All apartments have air conditioning and all have the latest LCD TV and DVD.

The modern kitchens are equipped with microwave, dish washer, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and all cooking equipment. All apartments have air conditioning and are equipped with washing machine and dryer. Markham Court apartments offer private balconies with outdoor furniture and views of the gardens.

Beautiful outdoor pool and spa area with large barbeque and dining area, and free secure basement car parking. With its perfect central location within easy walking distance to Broadbeach's famous shopping and dining precinct, Skilled Park stadium at Robina, the Stadium at Carrara, Jupiter's Casino and Convention Centre and only a short stroll to the Beach, where fishing and water sports are available on your front door, a perfect place for your family Gold Coast holiday.

Markham Court is only 20 minutes from Coolangatta Airport and offers some of the best value for money accommodation on the Gold Coast, once you visit, you will be sure to return again and again!

Visitor Review

First time at Markham Court. Great location and service given by Lynn and her staff. We had 4 x 2 bedroom units for our 16 family members of all ages and we were all very impressed with the spacious living areas, kitchen amenities, and outdoor balcony. And 2 bathrooms per unit as well!!! Very short walk to shops including supermarket, and beach. Short drive to Pacific Fair and Surfers Paradise. Underground parking for each unit plus on road parking. Nice pool for kids to play and adults to cool off. Great BBQ area. Aircon and fan in living room and fans in each bedroom. You could also open your windows safely at night for that breeze to come thru. We bought our theme park tickets from the office and saved $14 per person. Overall a clean inviting place to stay.

Getting There

Markham Court is located on the corner of Surf Parade and Australia Avenue in Broadbeach.

When travelling south on the Gold Coast high way turn left into Australia Ave at the Caltex petrol station and we are located at the next corner.

When travelling North on the Gold Coast high way turn right at Australia Ave there is a Caltex petrol station on the right hand side and we are located at the next corner. We are very close to the Gold Coast Convention Center
