Getting There

Just 15 minutes by taxi or car from Sunshine Coast Airport. From the Sunshine Motorway, take Maroochydore exit. Follow Maroochydore Road past the Sunshine Plaza then turn left into 1st Avenue. Continue over the bridge and you will see M1 Resort directly in front of you. Turn left at the roundabout into the carpark entrance. Opposite Maroochydore Post Office. Coming from Mooloolaba, follow Alexandra Parade until you come to 1st Avenue.

Large, fully self contained luxury apartment. Central air conditioning and spacious balcony. Enjoy relaxing in your very own spa in your bedroom. Bedding configuration is 1 queen OR 2 singles. Luxury fully self contained 3 bedroom apartment. This spacious apartment has 2 bathrooms, spa bath, central air conditioning and a large balcony with beautiful ocean to hinterland views. Bedding configuration is 2 queens and 2 singles OR 1 queen and 4 singles. Bedding configuration is on request and cannot be guaranteed. Rate is for 6 people. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.

Penthouse Luxury 3 Bedroom
Main bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in robe, double vanity in the bathroom, oversized shower and spa bath, private balcony. Second bedroom has a queen sized be, large robe, ensuite with oversized shower and spa bath. Third bedroom has a queen sized bed and desk. The penthouse apartment has a third bathroom with oversized shower and toilet, large open plan living and dining and kitchen. The kitchen features granite benchtops, Smeg appliances and all the equipment to entertain, and a huge balcony with views over 180 degrees. Rates are for 6 people. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

As soon as we walked inside our room we were amazed at the size of our unit and the views from the spacious balconies were fantastic

We were very pleased with our unit , it was very clean and one of the best we have ever stayed in , not to mention the lovely view and very friendly staff.

Disliked: Being called right at 10am as we were walking out the door , to find out when we were leaving as the other people were wanting to hurry up and get in. Could have waited until we were at least 5 mins l

We were called regarding out of hours check in Manager's were very helpful even leaving a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Our apartment was beautiful and clean m1 is in the best location, we parked the car and walked to the beach shopping plaza and restaurants. We had a fantastic time thanks m1
