Overview

Greenmount Beach Resort provides resort-style accommodation located overlooking Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay just within the Queensland border.

Greenmount Resort offers a range of room types including standard, family and superior rooms, most with views over the ocean or Gold Coast hinterland. All guest rooms have wireless internet access, in house movies and balconies to enjoy the beautiful views.

Greenmount Beach Resort is spectacularly situated on the headland overlooking beautiful Greenmount beach. Enjoy a swim at the beach, a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or dine at Fagan's Restaurant and bar located poolside.

**Whilst we are in the process of refurbishing the resort we ask for your patience in the event of any inconvenience.

The level 3 pool will be closed for refurbishment until approximately mid December 2013.

We are endeavouring to keep disruptions to a minimum at this time.

great place to stay. very clean, great view and breakfast. I also ate at Fagans restaurant and was impressed. I recommend to anyone who is looking for bugdet accomodation. This resort is not a 5 star but worthy of it 3.

Getting There

By Road:
Greenmount Beach Resort is on the border of New South Wales and Queensland. Drive south along the Pacific Highway towards Coolangatta and we are located at the end of Marine Parade close to the border.

By Air:
The Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport is just a 10 minutes drive from Greenmount Beach Resort. Brisbane Airport is one hour north of the Gold Coast by road. The Airtrain is a 24-hour door-to-door transfer service.

By Bus:
The coastal trip from Southport to Kingscliff is well serviced by local buses that can bring you to our resort and restaurant precincts, major shopping centres, theme parks, railway stations and Surfers Paradise - only 20 minutes away.

By Train:
Trains run regularly between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Beenleigh, Ormeau, Coomera, Helensvale, Nerang and Robina train stations. Our Tour Desk can arrange for your departure.

1 Bedroom Standard Room
The Standard Studio-style room is available with 1 Queen bed & 1 Single bed, a mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, air conditioning, TV with free in-house movies and a private balcony with hinterland, river or ocean views.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

1 Bedroom Family Room
These larger Family rooms consist of 1 Queen & 2 Single beds, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, air conditioning, TV with free in-house movies and a private balcony with hinterland, river or ocean views.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is guests.

1 Bedroom Superior Room
Superior rooms are located on the top two floors boasting spectacular ocean or hinterland views from your private balcony. Superior rooms include a queen bed, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, air conditioning, TV with free in-house movies. Some of these rooms have interconnecting doors.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

We stayed in a garden room and was dissapointed no view /fridge very small and low on ground

Excellent location. However, although the building is attractive the room was very tired and the fittings very dated. Needs a thorough modernisation to attract regular clientele.

I Have stayed at the greenmount several times and always enjoyed my time there,always have been allocated a room with great veiws, alwys clean and spacious and free inhouse movies!.Its not new and sparce like newer hotels but for around $100 p/n for 2 people , great value and with a great buffet breakfast included in the tarrif..
