Maintenance Notice:
Golden Sands is having renovations to the pool area commencing 8 February 2016 and it is expected to be completed by 14 March 2016. The pool and spa will be closed during this whole period.
Renovations to the lobby area and the office will also be commencing during this time and is expected to be completed in late February. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Getting There

From Brisbane: Drive South along the M1 motorway and turn left at the Surfers Paradise Exit. Once in Once in Surfers Paradise, follow the Gold Coast highway towards Sea World then turn right at the Yacht Club. We are located on the Beach Front of Main Beach Parade.

Our 2 bedroom apartment rates are based on 4 people sharing existing bedding. For any extra person to a maximum of 5 people, the extra person rate is $30.00 per night per extra person. Our 3 bedrooms apartments are a maximum of 7 people and our 1 bedrooms are a maximum of 2 people.

Disabled access is available for guests with a disability. One unit on the ground floor is available.

1 Bedroom Ocean
Spacious 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, cable television and a balcony with great ocean views.

Rates are for 2 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 2 guests in total.

2 Bedroom Ground Floor
Spacious, fully self contained two bedroom apartment featuring a private patio, full cooking facilities, washing machine and dryer, ceiling fans and cable television. Absolute beach front ground floor apartment.

Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $30.00. Extra children $30.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total.

2 Bedroom Ocean
Spacious, fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, air conditioning, cable television and a balcony with great ocean views.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the location was brilliant and served both holidaying and visiting relatives. It was so easy to just sit and gaze at the ocen, so relaxing.

The views were fantastic, however the accommodation was less than 3 star. Essential items such as stovetop, washing machine, fridge and dishwasher were not working. Would not recommend the apartment we stayed in at all.

Stayed in the penthouse. It was magic. Huge rooms, amazing 270 degree views. The billiard room rocks! Very friendly obliging staff. Very memorable stay. We will be back.

I only stayed at the Golden Sands for four days visiting some friends, and loved it! The rooms have fabulous views of Main Beach and a great location.... really close to Seaworld, Tedder Avenue and only a two minute drive to Surfers Paradise.

The service was excellent and I had a great stay!
