Stay was overall nice. But got only 1 airconditioned in main lounge.all 3 bedrooms were without a/c.that was disappointing.

3 Bedroom Apartment
Fully self-contained 3 bedroom apartment. Bedding configuration is 1 Queen in the main, 2 Single beds or 1 Double bed in the second bedroom & 2 Single beds or 1 Double bed in the third bedroom. Rate is for 6 people, maximum occupancy is 7.

Our check-in was delayed for approximately 3 hrs past the check in time of 2pm.

Only issue was when I called to book a trundle bed due to a 7th person staying in the room, and paid for the cost without being notified the rooms sleeps 7 without the hire of the rollaway. Had to still pay for the hire and no apologies were given.

My colleague & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, clean & everything we needed was available. It was also very close to our conference venue. Service was great too.

2.00pm check in time should mean just that not 5.oopm as was the case with us. The attitude of the front desk was oh well this happens from time to time.which is not what I call very professional on their behalf. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

the moment i got inside my apartment the 1st thing i did was run outside onto the balcony and take in the wonderful views of the ocean. the overall cleanliness of the rooms were good and the pool and sauna were magnificent, but the lift was a little slow, but other than that i really enjoyed it.
