Not a bad experience though, as previously, the room could do with a good clean. Some fixtures such as blinds etc need replacing. Sink in bathroom blocked several times, though was eventually fixed.

Had a lovely stay at fiori appartments. My husband and I stayed there while I was recovering from surgery. I found the front desk ladies very helpful. I accidently booked the wrong appatment and the staff were wonderful in upgrading us to the larger appartment(at a small cost).
the views were great and it was within walking distance to everything.
The only thing I could fault was that it could have been a bit cleaner. The walls especially. But other than that it was perfect! Would definitely recomend and stay there again(in fact about to book!)

Staff were lovely and very friendly. Room size was spacious and located close to public transport and major shopping centre. Only let down was the level of cleaniness in the rooms, which was at a low standard.

Really and enjoyed our stay and certainly would stay with you again. The only comment I would make would be the lack of crockery, cutlery and glasses in the unit we stayed in. We only had 1 mug, no drinking glasses and cutlery was just about nil except for a few pieces. Other than that everything was just great.

i\'ve stayed at Fiori a few times now but never experienced the bad smell before. It smelled like indian food from the time i checked in, and in the morning the smell came into the apartment which was really hard to stay in the apartment. Also when my sister had a shower a large noise came through in the lounge room which was disturbing.

Loved it loved it, home away from home.Friendly staff on arrival, and I even spoke to the hosekeeping people on my departure,couldnt ask for a more happy, friendly team, I explained my room was as clean as it should be, and I was sooo pleased.

Liked: the cleanliness of my room, and the friendly people who work hard to keep it looking this way for their customers, and friendly atmosphere all round.
Disliked: not much facilities for the little people like a games room , or something?

my only problem was when i contacted you about parking you said it was $15 a day and that was it, well when we booked in it said we had to pre book our parking otherwise we had to park on the street, that would of been good to know

The room size, facilities and location was excellent. The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired (ie stains on the couch and dirty sink in kitchen needed a good vac) however it was a nice convenient place to stay.

Room was nice and clean. The bathroom tap was a bit dodgy. The TC seemed overly complicated to use, you had to go through foxtel but only received the digital TV channels, so trying to find the right channel took time.
But a nice clean Apartment in a convenient Parramatta location. I will stay there again.

We booked with e tourism then confirmed by calling fiori direct.When we turned up one of the 2 bedrooms was only booked for 1 night they had doubled booked it. The manager was very rude and after a lot of pushing offered a room at the meriton apartments in which we didnt take up as it was a real hassel to move so we unfortunatly had to sleep on rollaways in the other rooms.We would not recommend to stay here.
