Getting There

De Ville Apartments are located approximately 3km north of Cavill Avenue, just before the entry to Seaworld Drive. There are regular bus services that run past the resort.

1 Bedroom Standard Apartment
Ideal for couples on a romantic getaway, our one bedroom apartments feature a spacious and comfortable lounge area with Foxtel television, DVD player and a private balcony with fantastic views. All one bedroom apartments are air conditioned. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. One bedroom apartments include one queen bed and are suitable for a maximum of three guests with the addition of rollaway bed for an additional $30 per night.

1 Bedroom Superior Apartment
1 Bedroom self-contained tastefully renovated modern spacious apartments providing guests with a feeling of luxury and relaxation. Large lounge / dining areas, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in-wardrobes, Foxtel, DVD & CD player, as well as private balcony and air conditioning as standard. This room has a queen size bed and can comfortably accommodate three people with the addition of a rollaway bed for an additional $30 per night.

2 Bedroom Standard Apartment
The perfect choice for your next family break, our two bedroom apartments Main Beach feature a spacious lounge and dining area with Foxtel television and DVD player, ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom and full kitchen and laundry facilities. 2 Bedroom Garden Apartment
This lovely, private, ground floor apartment is a favourite for the family with small children who may not be comfortable with a balcony or heights. In place of a balcony, it has a large, private, fully enclosed patio area which makes it the perfect apartment for the young family. It is close to the pool and barbeque area, yet safe and secure. Two Bedroom Garden Apartment include one queen bed, two singles and are suitable for a maximum of five guests.

3 Bedroom Standard Apartment
Perfect for larger families and groups of friends, our three bedroom apartments feature comfortable and spacious living and dining areas with Foxtel TV and DVD players. All apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities and large, private balconies with breathtaking views. Most three bedroom apartments feature two queen beds and two single beds, although bedding configuration varies. Apartments are suitable for a maximum of seven guests if adding a rollaway bed for an additional $30 per night.

3 Bedroom Superior Apartment
Stylishly renovated apartments with three spacious bedrooms, a very large lounge area with Foxtel TV and DVD player, and a private balcony with superb views. The only slight problem we had was that I booked a 2 bedroom unit with 1 queen & 2 single beds but we got a unit with 2 queen beds instead.

Top service from Glenn. We where met by him at the door very clear instructions. We requested internet service he arr at our apartment within a 20 mins. Very helpful and the service came with a big SMILE. Accom was pleasant. Would recommend due to the lovely experience. THANK TOU

We enjoyed our stay immensely but I would say I felt the apartment was looking rather tired. Also there were no extras to make one feel \"I\'m really pleased we choose this apartment.\" I felt it was very much someone elses apartment and we were camping in it.

The apartment was very clean and well presented.

My only complaint is the bad smell from the kitchen sink. I suspect that the insinkerator (that we didn\'t use) needs attention.

I travel a lot for work and always want a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay so I can relax after work and recharge for the next day. I had stayed at several Gold Coast facilities until I found De Ville, which is just perfect. The location so close to main beach and restaurants is unsurpassed, the service warm and welcoming, and the units very well presented. I have stayed here 7 times since that first trip!

Great location. Spacious and comfortable but kitchen totally under equipped for self- catering. Also think it is unreasonable to expect self clean of dishes on exit and not provide sufficient cleaning products. As a result dishes in cupboards were not very clean when we arrived. Would not stay there again unless could secure unit with air con.

I was at a conference at Sheraton Mirage and wanted a more cost effective option for accomadation - the apartment was brilliant - walking distance to mirage and has a great corner shop outside for provisions - the property is spotless and the management couldnt be more helpfull.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the De Ville... we were there for only 4 nights, and could only fault one thing, the building was a little old, as was the pool area.
Inside all the rooms have been refurbished and are now looking really modern. Rooms were spotless, with great views and the location was excellent, only a couple minutes walk to the beach.
