Overview

Coolum Beach Resort is a Mediterranean style walk-up complex in the very heart of the seaside village of Coolum. We offer affordable, apartment style, family accommodation just 50 metres from beautiful Coolum Beach. We have a total of 16 self contained apartments for rent: 6 two bedroom apartments, 4 two bedroom townhouse apartments, 5 one bedroom apartments and 1 three bedroom apartment. Our spacious, fully self contained apartments make for a more enjoyable beach escape at Coolum, one of Australia's most enjoyed beach locations.

Getting There

If you are coming off the Sunshine Motorway or Bruce Highway, take the Coolum/Yandina Road and follow it all the way to Coolum Beach. As you come over the hill and see the ocean, turn left into Frank Street and do a U turn to park in the loading zone on the right side of Frank Street. Our reception is located down the flight of stairs beside the loading zone.

Coolum Beach Resort Rooms

1 Bedroom Apartment
Our one bedroom apartments are fully self contained, air conditioned and just 50 metres to patrolled surf beach. The apartment has 1 Queen Bed and some also have sofa beds. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.

2 Bedroom Apartment
Our two-bedroom apartments are fully self contained, air conditioned and just 50 metres to patrolled surf beach. Most two bedroom apartments have 1 Queen & 2 singles. Some contain 2 Queens & singles while some apartments also have sofa beds. This type of bedroom apartment can accommodate four and some up to six guests.

3 Bedroom Lucaya Apartments
Our three bedroom Lucaya Apartments are spacious holiday apartments located outside of the main Coolum Beach complex, and are right next door. It has a larger private balcony, ocean views, and a second bathroom. Our three bedroom has 2 Queens & 2 Singles and can accommodate up to six people.
