I expected more, windows jammed open, heater in the bathroom did not work, fridge did not work, several lamps needed the bulbs put back onto them to make them work, bulbs in two ceiling lights did not work, No DVD player ( advertising says there is one ) There was no room service. From Melbourne CBD or Melbourne Airport, take the Tullamarine Freeway and take the Bulla Road exit. The property is the first building on the right accessed by the service road.
