Getting There

Located in the northern suburb, Coconut Grove, Darwin at 146 Dick Ward Drive, Coconut Grove.
From City via Casino: From the Darwin CBD (downtown), it's just a 9-10 km drive. From Darwin's Mitchell Street, turn right into Lambell Terrace then go straight to Gilruth Avenue (Casino is on the right), slight right onto East Point Road (landmark: Fannie Bay Cool Spot), then follow the road leading to Dick Ward Drive. The Apartments are located 110m past Old McMillan's Road on the right hand side. You will find the Apartments on the right hand side.

From City via Stuart Highway: From Mitchell Street, turn right into Daly Street (go through 1 roundabout), turn right onto Stuart Highway/National Highway, slight turn right to Bagot Road (Fly Over/Bridge), turn left onto Old McMillan's Road (landmark: tennis courts), turn right into Dick Ward Drive. Apartments are on the right hand side of the road.

Children / Extra Guests

Children under two years old are free of charge to use existing beds. All persons above 2 years old are charged $25 per night.

The bedroom for this apartment consists of 1 king bed, 1 fold out sofa bed and en suite. All rooms are air conditioned with overhead fans. This room has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dining tables and chairs. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are also provided. The lounge area has a flat screen TV. Additionally, this room is serviced weekly although daily service is possible with additional charges. Also, linens and towels are provided. Cot can be requested & confirmed by management ($5.00 for one-off payment). This room is a non smoking room.

1 Bedroom Studio Queen
A studio room with a queen bed, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV and a bar fridge.

A studio room with 2 single beds, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV and a bar fridge.

1 Bedroom Queen Apartment
The bedroom for this apartment consists of 1 queen bed and 1 single bed and ensuite bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned with overhead fans. This room has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dining tables and chairs. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are also provided. The lounge area has a flat screen TV. Additionally, this room is serviced weekly although daily service is possible with additional charges. Also, linens and towels are provided. Cot can be requested and confirmed by management ($50 one-off payment). This is a non-smoking room.

2 Bedroom Apartment
Self contained 2 bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV and a balcony. the apartment has 2 doubles and 3 single beds.

3 Bedroom Apartment
The first bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom consists or 1 queen bed and an ensuite. The third bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. All rooms are air conditioned with overhead fans. This room has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dining table and chairs, crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans. The lounge area has a flat screen TV. Additionally, this room is serviced weekly, although daily service can be arranged for an additional charge. Linen and towels are also provided. Cots can be requested and confirmed by management ($5.00 one off payment).
