We stayed at the Chevron Towers in apartment 1283 on the 28th floor. Right from the momment we got there they let us upgrade at the check in dest. very friendly staff..The room over looked the ocean with surfers right at the bottom of our building.The views from each room were breath-taking.The staff that worked in the info centre where great, anything we wanted to do or see they booked and we were able to pay on the spot as well, they were at our becking call all the time.even gave phone directions in the car when we were at the wrong place..The Chevron is a awsome place to go for a holiday , with shoppin on the ground floor, plus heaps of restaunts all round.Highly recommend the Towers. amazing place to stay + pools and parking..

Excellent resort all the help you need on hand or all the peace you want. Rooms were so quiet even on the balcony.Excellent value for money stayed 1 week and still were finding new things. The baggage store room is great as we arrived early and left late.It is a little self contained town everything is just so close and handy especially dining and the Coles.Theme park bus stop is just across the road also handy at the end of a long day.

The Chevron Towers Resort is AMAZING! we were gobsmacked!! The second we arrived we felt like we were staying in a 7 star resort! everything was awesome!! However we had the 3 bedroom apartments hired and I got bitten with bed bugs... I didnt let it ruin my holiday however it was dissapointing that this happened. but i would still reconmend the resort!!

very nice, we got a high level that viewed out to everything. though the clerks at the desk werent so welcoming, LEARN TO SMILE AND ACTUALY LOOK AT THE PEOPLW WHEN WELCOMING!!!!

For the money paid and the 4 1/2 star rating, the room was a disappointment! We stayed on the 36th floor in a superior 2 bedroom apartment. The room was dirty with sticky kids handprints over all the doors and walls, dead cockroach in the ensuite, the shower screen was broken, carpets had stains everywhere, drinking glasses were dirty from previous occupants, glass table top was dirty and the tv was tiny!!

Liked: The reception staff on check in was really friendly and helpful but when I complained upon check out was ignored.
Disliked: The whole room. The photos shown are not what you get.

We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment when we arrived. It was very spacious with a fantastic view of the ocean and hinterland. Except for the leaking windows, it was a perfect apartment at the right location. The cooking facilities were also great, with the supermart right below the apartments. Will definitely stay at this place if I visit again.

The hotel location was fantastic,with the supermarket on ground level and the closeness of the restaurants downstairs and the main street. The bed in our apartment was lovely and comfortable. The sheets and linen were clean and so was the kitchen. But there were other areas of the cleanliness that was a big let down. The bathroom could have been alot cleaner in the corners of the shower/bath, the shower itself was aweful, just blastered spray water at you, took a bit to get the soap off. The laundry smelt of stale water. The walls of our appartment were dirty and marked the carpet was dirty and stained but worst of all the couch and couch pillows absolutely stunk!! Every time you sat down on the couch you could smell it, it really was revolting. We also got a trail of ants coming from the rubbish area outside the apparment door into our kitchen (and we didn\'t leave out anything sticky or smelly for them either). We did inform our manager (of the private appts) via text (as there is no convenience of a telephone in the private appts)but no answer did we get. Other than these matters it was a lovely stay and if these things could be sorted out it would have been awesome!!

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and modern. Being on level 6 we were on the same level as the pool which was great for the kids.

When we rolled up we had to double-check we were at the right place. The Foyer, lagoon pool and spa are absolutely stunning and resembled a 5 star high classed Hotel. It was handy having Coles, and the shops just downstairs. You dont have to leave the resort if you don\'t want to. Everything is at your fingertips.! Our teenage daughters loved it and so did we.

Overall it was a perfect stay. Hotel had amazing veiws, we stayed on the 29th floor and had ocean and river veiws, very beautiful! Perfect postion in Surfers, right above shops hap everything at our doorstep. Would definately recommend this hotel, and the savings booking thru etourism holidays was around $60 a night. Very happy cant wait for our next holiday!!

This experience was one ofthe bst ever! Our room in Skyline North (Tower 2) on the 24th floor (2244) it was well equiped Modern Clean and most of all enjoyable! We went to every theme park and we used all of the Chevron's Facilities! Truly and Unforgetable Experiance!

Stay was great. The kids had a wonderful time and it was great having the indoor pool as it rained for 2 days during our stay.
Would have liked to stay outdoors more however the weather did not allow it.

We absolutely loved it here. We got a fantastic apartment overlooking the river, it was a very clean and inviting apartment. The kids loved the pool area especially my 3yr old who had an amazing time playing in the sand and then being able to get into the water on her own. Plenty of places to eat and so central to everything. We would definatley be staying here on our next holiday.

MAGGOTS were in the green recycled bins of the towers also the hallways were never cleaned the pool & bbq area were dirty on level 2 & 5. beer cans and RUBBISH around the place. {GET NEW CLEANERS}

I am afraid we were very dissatisfied with the apt. we were allocated. On booking we were told we would have an apt. with a balcony & an ocean view.Not only did we not have an ocean view,we were on floor 6 and our balcony gave on to the pool& was useless as the noise was insupportable.Even inside the apt. with doors closed we could hear the banging of the door giving access to the pool, fortunately it was quieter at night when the pool was closed.When we rang the leasing agent we were told that was the only apt. available.The agent was aware we were 4 older travellers i.e.with no children.The apt.we were asigned was certainly not suitable.Fortunately we were out a lot of the time but we would certainly not return under those circunstances.

We have stayed at the Chevron before and it is really suits us. The rooms are all decorated differently so can be a bit hit or miss but the location and the other facilities are great. Our first stay was excellent. The second time the fitout wasn't as new which was fine but the kitchen wasn't very well equipped either. We didn't even have we bottle opener! The other thing is we have young kids so wanted takeaway a couple of nights. The only brochures for takeaway in the room were from Cafe de Wheels. DO NOT USE THEM!! One night our friends were told less than an hour. They waited 2.5 hours! We were told 60 mins and after calling 4 times the meal finally arrived in 2 hours. Then we were charged $40 for Reef 'n Beef and we got no Reef! The Balmain Bugs were just not in the meal. We were then charged $7.50 for ice cream which was also not included. And all the meals were cold. The kids didn't get fed until 8:45pm - way after their bedtime. When we called back they said they would refund the meals. We only got $18 back. We then chased them for 3 days (out of principal) but got nothing back even though they said they were looking into it. If you want to order food, go to Cafe Renaissance downstairs. They will let you have a menu and the food is awesome.

You can't beat the location - so close to everything in Surfers Paradise with everything at your finger tips. The rooms were fantastic and the price beats everything we could find elsewhere!
