From the airport, follow the directions into the City via Ann Street. Proceed to the end of Ann Street, and take the Toowong exit onto Coronation Drive. At the third set of traffic lights, turn right into Park Road, and the Hotel is immediately on your right.

We have stayed on 3 previous occasions. Studios are great for business travellers. Undercover parking is at a reasonable rate. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. More difficult to enter hotel entrance on Park St from Coronation Drive. Recommend entry to Park St from Milton Rd.

Reception staff were very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Services was good and satisfactory.

I particularly liked the approach of housekeeping leaving a note on the bar fridge let them know if they could be notified on any request. Therefore, I found it very effective when I had left a note to replenish my flavor of tea bags, shower gel and ensured that the mugs stored in the cupboards are clean.

I stayed for two nights and was busy for the time I was there so I didn't use any of the facilities apart from my room. I was very comfortable and the location was perfect for my needs. It was also close to the river so I went for a walk each morning, which was a lovely way to start the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't like the shower as the water spilled into the bathroom rather than being contained in a cubicle. I will stay there again but ask for a room with a contained shower.

Airconditioning did not keep bedroom cool. Maintenance issue of toilet lid broken and lounge light \'blew\' and we had no lights until manager came to fix it. Lights were very dusty.

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that the swipe card wouldn\'t work on the front door late at night. we had to walk down into the carpark to gain access. It is not an easy location to park and register
