Cannes Court Apartments is located between Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach on the Gold Coast which offers crystal clear ocean, patrolled white sand beaches, tropical parklands as well as world class entertainment and attractions.

Cannes Court is a three story low rise building, with 44 spacious two bedroom apartments. The apartments are all fully self contained including fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry to make your stay more enjoyable.

The surrounding tropical gardens, with palm trees and lush grassy areas is a perfect place to have a picnic. Relax and enjoy the undercover pergola and BBQ entertainment area, outdoor swimming pool and spa pool during your holiday.

Getting There

Take Nerang Broadbeach Exit 71 on the Pacific Hwy when travelling south from Brisbane.

If driving from Coolangatta, drive 30 mins north along the Gold Coast Hwy, drive 1km past the Jupiters Casino. After the Shell Service station turn left into Genoa Street.

Children / Extra Guests

Children under 4 years of age free using existing bedding. Extra bed and linen is $30.00 per night.
Baby cot is $50.00 per week.

Just returned from an excellent holiday to the sunshine coast, and the trip was made better due to our stay at the Cannes Court Apartments. The manager is simply awesome, goes out of her way to make you comfortable, very helpful and lovely person.
The Apartments are very good value for money, clean, tidy and superbly located.

We spent 10 days at Cannes Court holiday appartment. The unit was clean and spacious. The reception staff was very friendly and so helpful for any request. This accomodation is well located, near to Surfers Paradise. The small Genoa St is quiet and we didn t hear any noise from the Gold Coast highway. Price are very attractive for 2 bedrooms unit especially for familie. Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our time at Cannes Court, the Manager Jenny was very helpful and the rooms very homely. Also the fact that they were not hi-rise apartments were great and our family were able to simply walk out the lounge and enjoy the pool.

Liked: Location, out of bustle of town but 2 mins drive to Cavil Ave and similarly 3min drive to Pacific Fair. No lifts, due to low rise appartments, pool, helpful staff.
Disliked: Rooms not serviced daily, but very good value for money. Had to stock all toiletries but again very affordable and not an issue.
