Boulevard North Apartments is located right opposite the patrolled beach and a short stroll to the many al-fresco restaurants and a Mecca of specialty shops of Broadbeach.

Boulevard North are ideally situated in between the wonderful Gold coast and classy Broadbeach, offering friendly service and excellent family accommodation where you are welcome to experience and enjoy the life style of paradise.

With golden sandy beaches, which stretch for miles, lush oasis, and breathtaking sunrises over the most beautiful beach in the world.

Explore the spectacular hinterlands natural rainforests, waterfalls, mountain villages, wineries, and art galleries.

Please Note:
There is currently construction in progress next to our building, please be aware there may be some noise Monday to Saturday. Getting There

From Brisbane - Drive South along the M1 motorway and turn left at the Broadbeach Exit. At the intersection near Pacific Fair Shopping Centre / Casino , turn left and head north on the Gold Coast Highway. Turn right at Britannia Avenue and head for the beach.

From Gold Coast Airport: Drive North along the Gold Coast Highway past the Casino and the Convention Centre. Turn right at Britannia Ave and head for the beach.

1 Bedroom Apartments
North East facing Beachfront 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen & laundry facilities, sunny balcony and stunning ocean views.

We have 1 bedroom ocean view and 1 bedroom ocean view superior apartments. The difference between the two is in the decor and how recently it has been refurbished.

Apartments are fully self contained and are ideal for extended holidays, please enquire on long stay rates.

Bedding is 1 x queen bed.

2 Bedroom Apartment
Two bedroom two bathroom apartment with full kitchen & laundry facilities, sunny balconies and stunning ocean views. Ocean front apartments have 180 degree North and South views. Rear apartments have three balconies with stunning ocean and hinterland views.

We have 2 bedroom ground floor, 2 bedroom ocean view and 2 bedroom ocean view superior apartments. The difference between the two is in the decor and how recently it has been refurbished.

Bedding is 1 x queen bed with 2 single beds in a separate bedroom.

3 Bedroom Apartment
3 bedroom ocean view apartment with two bathrooms, full kitchen & laundry facilities, sunny balconies and stunning 180 degree North and South ocean views.

Apartment is fully self contained and is ideal for extended holidays, please enquire on long stay rates.

The Bed arrangement is 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 2 x single or zip together king in the second bedroom and 2 singles in the third bedroom.
