Bayview Beach features two bedroom, two bathroom apartments all with a private balcony to relax on, overlooking the calm waters of the Gold Coast Broadwater. Apartments each contain a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, TV and dial up internet access. Some apartments also have air-conditioning.

Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments are set amongst lush tropical gardens where guests can enjoy the BBQ area, sun deck, outdoor swimming pool and a picnic area. Take a stroll along the waterfront or take a short drive and find yourself conveniently near to major shopping centres and the Gold Coast theme parks.

Note: This property does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.

Getting There

Travelling on the M1 Motorway, take Brisbane Road Exit 62. Drive untill you reach the Broadwater. Turn left along Marine Parade and we are located 100metres along on your left.

1 Bedroom Deluxe apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area. Ensuite, full size kitchen, laundry, lounge room, dining room,2nd toilet, large wrap around balcony. Air-conditioning and fans.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

2 Bedroom Standard Apartment
Two bedroom standard apartments are fully self contained holiday apartments with a balcony situated overlooking the Gold Coast Broadwater. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, dial up internet access and a TV. Apartments have 2 bathrooms including an ensuite bathroom.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

2 Bedroom with Water View Apartments
2 Bedroom with Water View Apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, spacious living areas, two bathrooms (one ensuite) TV, DVD player and wireless internet access. Each apartment features a private balcony overlooking the sparkling Gold Coast Broadwater. A selection of these apartments also features air conditioning and spa baths. Apartments feature one Queen sized bed and two singles and are suitable for a maximum of 6 guests. Each unit has a laundry with washing machine & dryer. We have 2 Bedroom units with Spas (Subject to availability)
